John not only encouraged me to list higher given the market but also produced a comprehesive report where we could find a sweet spot for the list price versus time on market. In the end, we even had a multiple bid situation where both had escalation clauses and sold well above ask. I’m very glad I listened to John’s advice and guidance.

Bob assisted us with our first Central Florida investment transaction in June of 2017. We were living outside of the US at the time and leaned on Bob to keep us updated on the proceedings and handling the walk throughs and inspections.

We held the property until 2022 at which time we decided to sell and reinvest. Bob acted as the property manager of sorts for us by meeting companies to handle the repairs, cleaning, and general maintenance to get the house market ready, saving us travels back and forth from Tallahassee. After the sale, Bob was able to find us three new homes to purchase to fulfill our 1031 exchange liabilities, working closely with our attorney. We appreciate Bob’s dedication, communication, and trustworthiness in handling our real estate portfolio.

Although the closing time was compressed, and we experienced several unforeseen problems, John’s expertise and knowledge kept this sale on track. resulting in an on time closing. He is absolutely the best.
